1. Payment Methods
At Premio Leather, we accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted platform to guarantee the safety of your payment information. Please note that we do not accept checks or cash; payments are accepted only via credit cards and Stripe.
2. Pricing and Values
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for 100% accuracy, any pricing errors identified on the website will be rectified promptly.
3. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 12 to 24 hours of purchase.
- Cut-Off Time: For orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, the cancellation window starts the following business day.
- In-Transit Orders: Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. We do not permit registration or purchases by individuals under the age of 18.
5. Shipping Restrictions
While we offer global delivery, we do not ship to certain countries due to international law sanctions and logistics limitations.
6. Order Acceptance
Premio Leather reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. All orders must meet our internal verification standards to be processed.
7. Shipping and Delivery (USA)
We prioritize secure and timely delivery through our trusted partners, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
- Handling Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Shipping Fee: Free shipping is available for orders over $160.00 within the USA. For orders below $160.00, a flat shipping fee applies as calculated at checkout.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- Return Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Damages: If you receive a damaged product, contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
